By accessing or using MyGarage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MyGarage for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use MyGarage only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the application
- Distribute or make the app available to third parties
- Use the app to store illegal content
Disclaimer
MyGarage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The OCR and AI features may not always produce accurate results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
Your Data Responsibility
You are responsible for backing up your data. While iCloud backup is available, you are responsible for maintaining sufficient iCloud storage. Loss of data through iCloud or device damage is not our liability. We recommend regularly using the backup feature.
AI Features
AI-powered features including document classification, expense extraction, and insights are provided for convenience and may not always produce accurate results. You should verify important information independently. On-device AI (Apple Intelligence) processes data locally. Cloud AI features use Google Gemini services subject to Google's terms.
Third-Party Services
MyGarage integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase and Gemini AI for cloud processing, Apple Intelligence for on-device AI, and Apple iCloud for backup. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
